WORM COMPOSTING AND THE U.N. EARTH CHARTER

I.  Learn about composting worms: their anatomy, habitat, and their place in the cosmic event of soil-making.  Make a worm box for your home. Your food scraps become earth with the help of worms and their critter friends. See how compost works in a home garden.  Outside and inside activities.

II.  Now what does all this have to do with United Nations?  Learn to make an Earth Worm Charter and you'll see the connection immediately! Celebrate with the making of a planetary gift.  (Objectives I and II will be engaged at each session).
